Please note that due to new customs regulations as a result of Brexit we are unable to ship any livestock orders outside of the UK. As a result, all EU and international shipping is disabled.
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Your order should arrive within 5 working days if items are in stock (UK Mainland addresses) though it may increase to 7-10 days during postal disruption or bad weather, please allow up to 10 working days before contacting our Customer Service team. If you have a particular deadline, we would recommend using our Express Delivery option. Orders over 2kg will be delivered by courier and will require a signature on delivery.
Express Delivery – £7
Only available inside the UK. Place your order before Mid-day (12 noon) Monday – Thursday and we will dispatch your parcel for delivery next day. Orders placed on Friday before noon will be delivered the following Monday. We use a combination of Royal Mail Special Delivery and UPS depending on the weight of the delivery. Orders under 2kg should arrive before 1pm and heavier items between 9am and 6pm.
Livestock can only be shipped to arrive the next day when orders are placed before noon from Mon-Thurs.
This service is only available for UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands), some locations may take longer, these options will be displayed at checkout.
Standard Delivery – £3
Orders shipped with standard delivery are sent with Royal Mail or UPS depending on the weight. Orders usually arrive within 1-5 days but in some instances can take up to 10 days.
Orders over £30 qualify for FREE standard delivery in UK mainland only.
Non Delivered Goods
If you do not receive an item then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the item.
We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail. You will also be charged for re-delivery if your order is returned to us by courier or Royal Mail due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the correct delivery details are provided to us. We accept no responsility for damages or losses incurred in these instances.
Any unwanted items may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to accept returns of perishable items such as live insects. Please note that we can only accept returned goods in their unopened original condition, including all accesories and packaging supplied with the product. We will not refund any shipping costs only the value of the item purchased, the costs of returning the item are incurred by the purchaser. Please contact us before sending any returns so we can process it once returned.
