Description: Ant labyrinth flat formicarium made of several layered panels. The Ant Maze can be extended via hoses or connected to an ant arena using the integrated connection sockets. The five built-in passage slides allow the ants to open or close different paths in the labyrinth. This can be used, for example, for experiments in educational institutions, or to make observations at home about how the ants find their way and adapt to suddenly changing routes, for example to feeding places.
Note: Gaps of 0.5mm can occur.
Note on the connection sockets
When attaching or removing hoses, please note the following:
If the hose is very difficult to fit onto the connection socket, the socket should be lightly rubbed with a drop of our break-out protection oil or powder. The hose should then be pushed onto the socket by turning or screwing, without putting any strain on the socket with up and down movements. The same applies when removing the hoses from the connection socket. Please do not simply pull them off!
